Wonderful lodging
A great place with lots of room for everyone! My only suggestion would be to have one more small couch or chair for the living room. Otherwise it was perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean!

Troy's condo is clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a lovely stay. The process to access the condo was very easy. The views from the condo are awesome. Our family of five adults was very comfortable and had a great time. We felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We were doing the Mighty Five in just 6 days! We would love to come back another time and stay longer. Thank you, Troy and family, for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Great layout! Cute accents and the hogh ceilings made it feel huge. Although it's located in a condo community, it's very quiet and private. Only shared wall is the garage. Nice access to all NPs.

Perfect location for Moab adventure
Stayed during Easter Jeep Safari and a week after. Great location, close to town but far enough away that it wasn't overcrowded. Condo is very well stocked with every kitchen item that you might want, lots of linens, etc. Much larger than we expected. The garage was great, we were able to remove jeep doors and store them there. Nice patio for grilling and enjoying the sun. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking and nearby street parking if you are trailering vehicles. Highly recommended!

Moab Family Spring Break
Everything about the property was great. Our family of five comes to Moab multiple times every year and this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. We always do a combo of of hiking, mountain biking, and hitting the trails in our side-by-side. Family had a great time and will likely try to stay here again!!

It was very clean, the owner was responsive to my questions before the trip and during our stay. It’s right outside Moab - 10 minutes from Arches and 45 minutes from Canyonlands. We loved our stay!

Always enjoy Moab
Home is as advertised…comfortable, clean, well stocked. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and enjoy being out of downtown a bit. My only suggestion to the owner is to update the streaming options on the television with roku+ or something similar.

The house itself is very well kept and it's a beautiful home, very clean and quite neighborhood
It was fast and easy to get this place, I did have some questions before making my reservations and it was difficult getting answers, once reservations were made I had no trouble getting responses

I wish I could have answered your initial inquiry of "How do I contact you if there is a problem", but VRBO blocks all phone numbers from messages until you book. So, I was unable to give you that information before you booked. But I am pretty sure I responded immediately to every message you sent to me. Thanks for taking care of my condo during your stay! Excellent location
This place was absolutely perfect! Our friends stayed in the same cul de sac, we were nice and close. This place seemed to have more parking then others. My only complaint was that the washing machine stinks. But that isn’t uncommon for HE machines. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

A brief but great stay
We only stayed at your condo for one night after a rafting trip on the Colorado River but certainly wished we could have stayed longer. The garage was great for sorting out all of our gear! The condo was spotless, very well stocked, quiet, and with beautiful views. The owner, Troy, was very responsive to my questions and checking into the condo was seamless. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly make a return visit. Troy - hope we didn't leave the condo too sandy... Thank you for sharing your condo!

Perfect for our stay!
We loved staying at this location! Great layout, well-stocked kitchen, quiet and away from the highway, very clean and comfortable. While it was only the two of us, there is plenty of room for more people. The only minor glitch we had was not being able to open the garage using the outdoor keypad and the code provided (most likely was operator error on our end!). It did not occur to us to contact the owner until well into our visit, but we managed just fine. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanks for the review. Every once in a while, the code stops working on the garage. It is either because the power goes out and I have a faulty memory on the garage door opener, or a past guests tries to set their car's opener to the garage door and they end up resetting all the codes. I am not sure which it is yet. But it looks like I am going to have to reset the code. Thanks for letting me know. I am glad you had an enjoyable vacation! Thanks for the 5 star review!

Well stocked Kitchen! They had an electric griddle, full size cookie sheets, steamer insert for pan AND ziploc baggies! Sufficient towels for pool. Carpet was new and house was clean. Only bad part was we ran out of toilet paper. Hope to make this a annual stay!!

The best condo we’ve ever rented!!
This place was amazing! Immaculate! The pictures did not do it justice. Was such a nice place and location. The most fully stocked condo I’ve ever rented. They even had a crock pot, deep fryer, cabinet full of seasonings and baking supplies, 3 air mattresses on top of all the beds! Troy was easy to reach and quick to get back to us. He even gave lots of info about hikes and things to do. Would definitely come here again!!
