'When we booked this place we were expecting from the description on expedia a hotel in a resort with all the facilities described. Unfortunately for us it was a suburban 2 bed unit nothing like the description. The property needs maintenance and a good clean. Some lights not working blinds were disgusting tiny bathroom cobwebs everywhere and many crawling insects. Unable to get local tv stations. Extremely disappointed for the money we paid. 'Was great for having my dog with me. No questions asked at all - she's a very small dog though. it was a small but comfy room, bed was nice and soft as I like it. only issues are the towel which were clean but old and quit thin, and the TV which had pretty much no channels on it - not that that is a deal breaker these days as I'm generally too busy Workington watch tv anyway.'

'Jess is great communicator and very attentive to requests. Whilst it was a short stay, it felt very homley and luxurious. Great place close to the township and everything you need.'
