The house is equipped with the following: master bedroom includes a king size bed and a full size futon. There are two dressers to put stuff away, The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with everything you will need to get ready in the morning. The front bedroom hold a queen and a full size bed with closet space and dresser. The small bedroom holds a twin day bed and a full size bed. This room is equipped with a closet for convenance. Each room has a smart TV and DVD player. The landing on the 2nd floor has a full size futon with a TV and DVD player. The hallway bathroom has a bathtub and shower with everything you will need to get ready. The living room offers a cozy sofa bed, The Library which holds a mini museum also hold a full size futon. The formal dining room is equipped with a large wood dining table that holds up to 6 people. Additional chairs available as well as table upon request. Living room has a sofa, large beanbag and a comfortable lounge chair with a fireplace and TV for the whole family. Kitchen holds everything you need. Full size double door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, plates, bowls, cups, coffee machine, and a ton of other amenities to make your stay comfortable. The library has a mini museum from the turn of the 20th century. There are books, games, and workout equipment available in the library.

The neighborhood Splash Pad (Summer Only) is only a 3-4 minute walk. The main strip to old Moberly is a 5 minute walk to shops, food, and other cool stores. The Railroad Museum and Park is a10-14 minute walk from the house. Rothwell Park is a 2 minute drive past the local Community College. There you can enjoy fishing, boating, playground and so much more. The Aquatic Center is open from May 30th to August 9th and is on the far end of the park.
