Manager name: Dillan Shaper told us that housekeeping should be running a regular schedule and should go to each room and do light housekeeping unless we requested extra. We requested a bed change and he made note of that like he was going to notify housekeeping and didn’t. Around 9 AM housekeeping came from door-to-door and asked if we needed any new towels or linen implying that she was not going to be doing full room cleans or stepping inside of each individual room to clean it. Dylan however, told us that that wasn’t true, and the housekeeping will be running regularly even throughout the Mardi Gras season. When we came back to the room later that night, they had not done any cleaning and not attempted to do any cleaning in our room was untouched, and we had a big pile of dirty linen, including bedsheets that needed to go out. Those bedsheets were they left outside of the door and stayed there untouched by any housekeeping or staff, despite us being right across from the staff break room.
The manager gave us a gift card for $25 but would've offered us a refund but said expedia could since you booked through them. It was a very disturbing disappointing experience and stay.
