An oasis in downtown
This is a little one-bedroom condo. It's exactly what it says it is. It is close to downtown and within 10 minutes of anything you'd want to do in Mobile. An excellent place to stay.

Great value for great location.
I was visiting Mobile for the first time on business. The host was very responsive with excellent communication from booking thru my stay. Location is only 2 miles from restaurants on historic Dauphin Street. Quiet building and polite tenants. Winn Dixie grocery right next door. I would definitely book again when in the area.

Vintage and Charming
You won't be disappointed as you step back into time with this charming vintage property. The entire condo has so much character and was exceptionally clean- even the tile in the bathroom was sparkling. Both hosts, Clifton and his son Damien were such a pleasure to meet. They were waiting for us to arrive and then gave a tour of the property. They were also very responsive- accessible- easy to communicate with- went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The feeling of being at grandmother's home was so exciting and the balcony provided a nice place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. The bed was also very comfortable and Clifton kindly left refreshments in the kitchen. Be prepared to climb up a couple flight of stairs because the condo is located on the third floor but I knew this when I reserved the place. I thought is was fun and a good way to get exercise. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and I highly recommend this place giving both Clifton and the condo a 5 Star rating.

Charming 1930's apartment that reminded me of my Grandma's home.
Clifton met us at the property and told us about the area and was readily available if we needed anything. It was well stocked, comfortable and clean. The apartment building was quiet during out 3 day stay. I used Uber to get back and forth from the Mobile Convention Center and those drivers were polite and helpful as well.

The owner of the property Clifton was there to meet us at check in and showed us the unit and where everything was and if we needed anything he was only a phone call away. He is very personable and definitely goes out his way to make sure his guest are taken care of. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, only 1.5 miles from downtown and very close to shopping & restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again when in Mobile 🙂

Modest condo, modestly priced, in an old building. Very friendly, available owner. Easy parking, good location. You have to walk up to the third floor—good for me, but not for someone with mobility issues.

Awesome Host!
This was by far the easiest host we have dealt with in the time we have used this platform. Clifton and his Son greeted us at the property and even had a birthday surprise for me upon arrival. You can not ask for better people! We were unable to stay the full reservation as something came up shortly after arrival back at home with our teenagers, but Clifton and his property is a rare find and we will certainly be back!

Perfect for our 1 night in town. Location's ideal, rate can't be beat. Would have been nice to have cream & sugar for coffee but Starbucks a block away. Incredibly quiet inside.

Clifton, the owner was there for our check in and it went flawlessly. Clifton is a gracious host and provided us parking downtown close to the parade site, nice added benefit. This is the real Mardi Gras. The apartment was not fancy, but had all that you needed.

Great place to stay in Mobile!
I stayed at this property for eight weeks over the summer while I was completing an internship in Mobile, and it was a great place to stay. Clifton was a great host and was always responsive if I needed anything over the eight weeks vis text, but otherwise left me be. It is a perfect size for a single guy like me with a studio style layout, kitchen, and bathroom. I would go run almost everyday and it is in a great location to run to downtown Mobile as well as walk to Winn Dixi or Starbucks if you want something. It smelled nice in the apartment (no weird odors) and was very organized. There was a bit of an issue with roaches on the ground and the kitchen towards the latter end of my trip, but I did stay there a while and I am hoping perhaps an exterminator would come between stays and take care of that. Other than the bugs, this place was fantastic and would definitely stay again should I return to Mobile.

My daughter and I stayed in this cute little apartment while visiting Mobile and The University of South Alabama. We had everything we needed and a host that truly went above and beyond. Should we return, we will most definitely reserve again.

Charming Condo in Mobile
This was a lovely condo in the historic district of Mobile. It was so easy to just walk across the street to the grocery store. I love historic old buildings and this was really a beauty. Clifton the owner met us at the property to make sure everything was acceptable. We had a lovely weekend.

Cute little historical apartment
This is a cute, clean studio apartment on a lovely street. The property is well maintained, has a full kitchen and quaint little balcony. Mr. Sons was there upon our arrival, and very helpful. If you are going to eat in, plan to bring forks/spoons/knives. There are only 2 place settings available. The property is quiet. Not a recommended place for folks who do not want to climb stairs. I recommend this little gem!

The description says that the condo is on 3rd floor. Yes, there is 2 plate settings. The condo accommodates 2 people. They were additional lots of plastic plates, bowls, forks, & knives

Three flights of stairs was a total surprise. No elevator! Property located on busy street. However, after a couple of nights, you become numb to the high traffic volumn and noise. For the price, one cannot complain. Location to downtown Mobile, super market, and eating places is ideal. easily assessable to interstates. My husband and I would book again providing we get a bed that is comfortable, not on the 3rd floor.

I'm so sorry that you did not read the entire description. This is what it stated: Apartment 3-E is on the 3rd level of this 1930's building. As it is an older building there are stairs involved in getting to listing, and there is no elevator.. I'm sorry for the bed being uncomfortable. I have not had any complains in the past.

Perfect for the weekend
My wife and I were in Mobile for a wedding. Clifton met us upon arrival; gave us a brief tour of the condo, and encouraged us to call him if we had any problem. No problems, and we enjoyed our stay! TV was rather small, but no problem. We would stay again, if I was in Mobile.

Good Location
Clifton the owner could not have been any kinder. Quick responses to E-mails and phone. Property is located on 3rd floor without an elevator. Condo / Apt. itself could use updates as far as bed and furnishings. No noticeable smoke alarm or sprinkler system.
