Despite its central location, the accommodation offers a quiet and well-maintained atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. Here you can find "Baretti" (small bars). Evening activities aimed at a younger audience offer music and light entertainment.Furthermore, towards Via Emilia, in front of the Storchi Theater, you can catch buses that connect the entire city.- Towards the city center, you can find a thousand different businesses, from bookstores to artisan workshops to interior design boutiques.- Among the main attractions in the city center is the Albinelli Market on Via Luigi Albinelli, about 400 meters from home.- Next to the market is Piazza XX Settembre and Piazza Grande, home to the Ghirlandina Municipality and Modena Cathedral. We absolutely recommend an aperitif at the "Caffè Concerto"; in the evening, it offers a unique view of Piazza Grande. The bus station can be reached by lines 2, 5, 7, and 11; we always recommend asking the drivers. The train station is easily reached by lines 1, 4, 3, and 7.The Policlinico Hospital is accessible by lines 2, 4, 7, and 9.Modena is a vibrant city, full of services. All you need to do is book and enjoy! We are always available to organize tours and visits with city experts, both on foot and by bike; the apartment also has a secure space where you can park your bikes. We work to make your stay unique; just ask and we'll do our best to meet your needs!Welcome to the Land of MotorsThe Vikey system is used for verification, document collection, some payments (tourist tax and extra services), and access control. The air conditioning system we use is portable and connected to the window, as in the photos. The accommodation is completely available to guests, with the exception of a small hallway closed by a door in the entrance area, which will be used for storage by the hosts. We use the Vikey system to collect documents and ensure access to our facilities. The entrance from the street opens onto the condominium's internal courtyard.Bikes can be safely parked at the back. The front door (inside the courtyard) has the name hung above it.PARKING:PARKING IS NOT RESERVED. IF YOU WANT TO DRIVE YOUR CAR, KEEP TWO THINGS IN MIND:1- YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATE PROMPTLY (NOT WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY ENTERED THE CITY).2- THE HISTORIC CENTER IS CHARACTERIZED BY NARROW STREETS AND A SHORTAGE OF PARKING SPACES. DON'T BE SURPRISED IF YOU DON'T FIND A SPACE.The apartment is located in the historic center, convenient to all the city's main services. We've provided directions to the main points of interest, such as:- Modena train stations- Bus station with lines and timetables- Duomo and Piazza Grande- Piazza Roma- Teatro Storchi- Restaurants- Bars- Self-service laundries- Enzo Ferrari Museum- Maserati- Luciano Pavarotti Museum- Victoria CinemaN.B.The homes in the historic center are built very close together and very tightly packed together. As you can see, the streets are narrow and characterized by San Pietrini, stones used in ancient times to create roads.Due to these characteristics, unfortunately, the apartments do not have good phone coverage. We recommend connecting to fiber-optic Wi-Fi and making calls via mobile phone. For regular calls, we recommend moving closer to the windows facing the street, as the signal is significantly stronger there! We apologize for the small inconvenience, but it is not possible to correct this situation as it is a characteristic of historic centers. The air conditioning system we use is portable and connected to the window, as in the photos.
