The Patrizia Suite with Elevator welcomes you into a minimalist, designer setting with everything you need for an unforgettable stay: a comfortable king-size bed; a spacious closet, high-speed Wi-Fi; a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a cozy dining area for 4 guests with a 43" Smart FHD TV; a consistently sanitized bathroom with a washing machine for laundry; and finally, free on-street parking.

Parking: Free parking along the entire street, with more than 100 free parking spots available.

The area: 800 meters from the city center but outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you can easily reach the apartment by car.

Upon entering the home, you’ll find yourself in the living area, which features a minimalist yet fully equipped design, complete with a table that comfortably seats up to 12 guests and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the utensils you need to showcase your culinary skills. Whether you’re an experienced chef or an aspiring cook, you’ll have everything you need to prepare delicious dishes—perhaps putting your own spin on classic recipes from the Emilian tradition.

The bedroom is designed to offer you the utmost comfort with a soft and spacious queen-size bed; ideal for ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day spent exploring Modena.

Finally, the bathroom—cleaned and sanitized with specialized products—also offers the convenience of a washing machine to keep your clothes fresh and clean at all times.

Guest Access
Access to the property is very simple: just send the host a message when you arrive at the gate, and you’ll immediately receive the code to access the key box for the entrance.

So check-in is completely self-guided and flexible; everything will be explained to you in detail so you can enjoy a carefree stay!

Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM, and we kindly ask that you return the keys to the box.
Other things to keep in mind
The tourist tax (not included in the final price) is 2€ per night for each guest over the age of 12; it is charged for a maximum of 10 nights.
