From Villa Madra you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Madra is 700 square meters (7500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10.5 km (6.5 miles) from the center of Modica, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile), a grocery store at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Pozzallo beach) at 19 km (roughly 11.8 miles).

The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of October.

The first patio is 230 square meters (2475 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the swimming pool.

The second patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with wood benches and with tables and chairs.
