This property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly prohibited. We ask that the rules of coexistence be respected, to ensure the peace and well-being of everyone.



It is important to remove the sand in the showers located on the beach, so as not to dirty the common areas of the building and not cause possible accidents.



The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has an elevator from the street (not from the garage)..
