'This is the best spot to stay if you want to explore old town and only want to walk. This location is right next to the night market and right in the heart of all the excitement. The self check in and self checkout is simple and the ladies in the store front are very helpful if you should need anything. If you are looking for a beautiful place in a prime location I would highly recommend this place especially for the price point.'

'The location is excellent, right next to a whole street of cafes, local dining options. Only shame was that there's construction going on next door, which starts at 8 ends at 5pm. If you're the get up early and head out type, then yes, this is the place to be.

'Tolles, sehr grosses Zimmer, wunderschöne Badewanne in weissen Kieselsteinen. Unweit von Phuket old town.
Lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer durch Fenster mit modernem Holzgitter in der Decke.
Leider wird aktuell renoviert (tagsüber). Hat uns jedoch nicht arg gestört da unterwegs.
Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, Kühlschrank mit Wasser und Begrüssungs-Gebäck.
Leider kein Wäscheservice.
Ansonsten super, grosses bequemes Bett!

'I had the 'small' room, with seperate shower/wc, which was just perfect for me alone. Everything there what you need. Clean bed, clean room, important. They make a good cappuccino. Friendly staff. Good price. You get a key to hotel and room, can bring a friend. In the morning after 10 some noise from the street, but i slept late so not much of a problem. Would stay again.'

We really enjoyed the location in the city and the opportunity to view all the items in the museum of historical artifacts in the back rooms of the hotel. We asked the front desk if they knew of any surrounding businesses where we could buy duct tape to repair a cracked suitcase and they took us to their maintenance room where they gave us a partial roll,...

직원들이 도로에서 함께 물총싸움도 해주고
전통스러운 꽃 목걸이까지 받아왔네요
친절함과 (비교적신축급이라)청결함이 많이 기억에 남아요
다음에 푸켓타운 간다면 아르코호텔로 다시 갈듯
조식은 추가주문해도 별도 비용 없었습니다.
그리고 수영장은 성인전용이라고 되어 있지만
성인과 함께 들어가면 딱히 제재하지는 않았어요

'Very homely feel to the hotel that I enjoyed. The building I was in had no elevator, which was fine for me but maybe book ground floor if you struggle with stairs. Great location and staff! '

'We loved this place, in a great location for the old town and Sunday night market. We stayed in a double room, had a free mini bar and nespresso style coffee machine with pods. There was free coffee and snacks / fruit available all day in the lounge area and the pool area was great. It’s a great price and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from Phuket airport - take the orange bus, 100bht each and just over an hour, it’s a two minute walk from the old town stop or bus...

It’s a 15 minutes walk to the shops nearby and Naka market.

"The hotel facilities at the pool are really dirty. Also, the pick-up didn’t work well. We had to wait long several times to get from our hotel room to the lobby (40 min waiting). Last but not least, they forgot putting in towels several times in our room so after our shower we realized we couldn’t dry ourselves… this is one of the many mistakes we encountered during our trip. For a 5 star hotel, we expect more. Nevertheless the environment is beautiful, it has the capacities to fullfill a 5 star hotel if there wouldn’t be so many mistakes. "
