The stay was amazing, 1st time ever doing any kind of vrbo or similar kind of apps. The homeowner was amazing and helped walk me through the process, clean place, all 4 of us were very comfortable. Would recommend. We stayed for work, so only needed for eating, sleeping and showers. Worked perfect. Thank you

This home is an amazing place! It feels like a home away from home, offering cozy furniture and perfect decor. Each room has comfortable and clean beds. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around. There were big smart TV’s in both the living room and Master bedroom. The host is very good at responding to any needs and made our stay welcoming and pleasant. It is less than 5 minutes to the “beach” and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe!

Nicely decorated, and very comfortable home just minutes from the river. Food options available just around the corner.Enough space to move around for our group, which was four adults and one teenager. Mattresses and sheets were perfect along with the pillows. Huge barn/garage (no doors) that could fit multiple vehicles at one time, including boat, RV, cars and trucks. Had a few small hiccups to which were rectified very quickly. Fidel was a fantastic host and we would definitely stay here again!

Christmas holiday fun

Property was wonderful! Clean, nice setup, plenty of room for us to relax! We brought our quads and did not worry about leaving them because there are locked gates and storage. Very quiet and helpful neighbors. Overall just a really stress free rental!

Great location, clean property and amazing hospitality

I stayed here for the 1st time with my family for a river trip. Our usual rental came off the market so we decided to give this place a shot. Needless to say we were not disappointed. Location is perfect for hitting the river and the hosts were amazing with communication. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home!

We be enjoyed our stay. The area is quiet and very safe. We did day trips to Oatman, Kingman, Hoover Dam, Laughlin, and Grand Canyon West. The Avi was another place we liked to visit and Feathers restaurant in there has the best food! Communication with the owner was excellent. There isn't a washer or dryer so we had to go to the laundromat, which wasn't a problem. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Cool winter vacation!

We stayed at this property for 3 months, Jan. to end of March. The house was very comfortable, with everything we needed. We found it isolated from neighbors… many big yards with big shops & high fences. It is a quiet neighborhood. It is rather awkward to use the backyard for entertaining, as you can’t access it from the back door, as it is locked. All food & drinks had to be carried out to the fence opening by the big shop, to get into the back yard, which is done up nicely. To do laundry, we had to go to the laundromat 11 miles up the highway. Mr. Lopez was very easy to communicate with, and answered messages.right away.
