Electricity went out only during a big storm briefly. Had hot showers daily. Security is excellent. And the staff are super friendly. 'Skyline is very clean, with a unique atmosphere. This is because of the wonderful and kind staff who are professional, polite, attentive to every detail , bright and happy. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is definitely one to set you for the day. Personally i found no complaint with the food, the service and that they will go that extra mile. 'There’s no sign outside to let you know if you are at the correct location which was tough because no one came to open the gate for about 5 min while my uber honked his horn. Someone opened the gate and we drove in, I was greeted by someone after letting them know who I was but then they ran off. 'It is suspected that the old manager is scamming them with the hotel.com app, they did it have my reservation or confirmation. The hotel is run down with water infiltration on the wall. Lots of mosquitos all night and super hot ( I am Canadien). Staff were very nice and accommodate me but don’t know the end of the situation with the confirmation or the old manager '
