Having a car is essential to fully enjoy everything this stunning area has to offer.

Note: The social club (gym, beach club, etc.) offers paid services not included in the booking.
1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
Any attempt to host a party will result in immediate eviction by local authorities, a €2,000 fine, and cancellation of the reservation without refund.

2. NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE
Any smoking inside the property will incur a €300 cleaning fee.

3. NO LOUD NOISE
Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Noise sensors are calibrated according to legal limits to help monitor excessive noise. Any police report due to neighbor complaints will be treated as a party, and the same fine will apply.

4. NO EXTRA OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS
The exact number of guests must be registered to comply with local regulations. No additional guests or unapproved visitors are allowed. Please contact us in advance to register any extra guests.

5. NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN BEDROOMS OR ON THE SOFA
Please avoid consuming food or drinks in the bedrooms, as this can attract ants. Stains on the sofa or beds require professional cleaning and will result in a €300 fee.

6. NO LATE CHECK-OUT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
Checking out later than the agreed time without prior approval will result in a €50 fee or a full night’s charge if over 2 hours.

IMPORTANT:
The property is managed by a professional team and the owner, and regular maintenance is carried out to ensure everything is in order. However, unexpected issues such as equipment failure or bad weather may occur. These will not be grounds for refunds.
