A fantastic apartment in a great location.
From booking to arriving, the communication was great. Host accommodated an early check in and late check out for us due to flight times. The apartment was exactly as described and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking your own meals. Our only criticism would be the need for some new mattresses as they weren’t particularly comfy. The balcony was a lovely sun trap during the day and the location of the apartment was spot on for the beach, local restaurants and the bus. We would definitely return again, thank you.

Lovely pueblo Diana.. Mojacar
A beautiful setting for our holiday close to beach and next to pool surrounded by flowers. The property was good and easy to book. Mr and Mrs Andrieu met us when we arrived and to collect our keys when we left .. lovely people. The apartment had everything we needed.. we loved it… one negative was the mattress on the double bed which was very uncomfortable and had to be turned over in order for us to sleep Thankyou…we will recommend

Lovely apartment in great location. Good communication with agent Fabienne, who spoke perfect English and Fabienne the owner (French). We had a problem with the boiler during our stay . Contacted Fabienne 08-30 it was replaced and working 10-30 .Excellent response. Will definitely stay again Brian

Faience was fantastic she waited and greeted us as our plane was delayed, I can't speak Spanish so Fabienne guided our taxi driver to the apartment. The apartment is lovely well situated and well equipped and sitting on the terrace looking at the view is brilliant

Perfect location with beautiful views
Perfect location and the view is absolutely great. Big terrace with views over the gardens and swimming pool which are beautifully looked after and beyond it a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is well looked after, clean and has everything you need, including a parking spot. 2 mins walk from the beach and restaurants, bars and local amenities. The only negative thing, there was a smell of cigarette in the flat (neither of us smoke) which was noticeable and should perhaps be addressed.

Casi perfecto, muy buen alojamiento
La ubicación perfecta si quieres unas vacaciones tranquilas, lejos de la zona de marcha pero con restaurantes y tiendas cerca. La urbanización pequeña y familiar, nada de grupos de jóvenes ni botellones. La piscina limpia y tranquila, con un jardín bien cuidado con césped natural. La playa a 100m, aparcamiento en la misma puerta de la casa, en una calle sin tráfico. El apartamento en si muy bien, con una terraza genial con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Geniales las cenas al fresquito. Lo que a nosotros nos ha defraudado, y por ello decimos "casi perfecto", es el tema del aire acondicionado. No hay máquina en el salón, y aunque hay una en cada dormitorio, tienes que tenerlas encendidas las dos todo el día para intentar que llegue un poco de fresquito al salón. Hemos estado en pleno verano, con ola de calor incluida y se ha echado de menos un aire acondicionado en el salón/cocina para refrescar el piso rápido cuando llegas de la calle con todo el calor. Por lo demás todo genial. Gracias por todo!

Stayed at this great apartment for 7 days from 29th May 19. What a great place. Positioned overlooking the communal pool and gardens, the apartment had a lovely big terrace with BBQ, rattan furniture and sun beds. With two good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and good sized living area, it really was a great place to stay, it was home from home ,2 minutes from the beach and restaurants. We would most definitely return and cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Five out of five from us.

Excellent Facilities and location. Great large terrace overlooking the pool & sea beyond.
With parking outside the door and only a very short flight of steps to the appartment this property is easily accessible. Only a couple of hundred meters from the beach and bars/restaurants yet in a quiet development the appartment is ideas for families. The extra large veranda/terrace with excellent bbq, sun beds and table to seat six was a winner with us. Excellent kitchen facitilies with two fridges, which we found ideal, using one for drinks and the other for food. There was not an appliance or piece of equipment we needed that we did not find. However, the kitchen space is somewhat small for a family of four self catering if more than one person wants to help with in the kitchen. Lovely extra large newly fitted shower with constant hot water at a good pressure and plenty of room in the bathroom overall with a good supply of towels. Beds were very comfortable. If I were to criticise anything it would be that the beds were not made up well on arrival. There was not one matching set of linen with one needing new clean bedlinen. However, there was ample clean bed linen in the cupboard so this was not a major problem, just tiresome when we arrrived after midnight finding we could not immediately fall into a clean tidy bed! Fabienne was very helpful when we found that decorators had come to completely paint the veranda area during our stay - she immediatley spoke to them and organised that they return the following week. Overall an excellent property, very hard to beat for the price. Only the bedding situation has preventing me from awarding 5 stars. We would be happy to return and recommend.

A really nice property in an excellent location just a couple of minutes from the beach.
This two bedroom property was quite spacious and well-appointed. It had a lovely, large terrace overlooking the private gardens and pool and with sea views. We stayed there for a fortnight over Christmas and we had everything we needed. The hot water and hot/cold aircon plus the heater in the living area all worked well for the chilly evenings. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.The beach and promenade were close by, as well as restuarants and bars, quite a few open even in December. The Wifi worked well and there were plenty of TV channels, although very few UK channels.

The apartment is set within 100 yards of the sea front in a pleasant part of Mojacar. Everything is provided and there is a very full range of equipment in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anybody. There is on street parking outside the apartment.. As a previous reviewer has noted; the security deposit of E300 is required, in cash, on arrival, but this is not stated on the property particulars on the HomeAway site.

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y es un destino totalmente recomendable.La urbanización es muy trankila,la piscina es casi para ti sólo ,pq hay poca gente .Muy bien ubicada.Hay muchos restaurantes cerca.Vamos para repetir.

Très belle résidence située en bord de mer. Séjour très agréable. Voisinage très calme.

Vacances au top en famille
Super séjour dans cet appartement avec tout le confort à porter de main et la propreté y est appréciable , la terrasse est superbe avec une vue magnifique sur la mer , son barbecue et ses bains de soleil . La mer est à 1mn à pied avec une plage de sable très propre et avec très peu de monde . La piscine accessible par l'extérieur est géniale avec son super jardin de palmiers tout autour ,les enfants ont adoré sa grande taille on n'est pas les uns sur les autres . La climatisation dans les chambres est très agréable pour passer de bonne nuit à la fraîche Les restaurants sont nombreux aux alentours et très diversifiés. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr Andrieu qui connaît bien les environs et Mme Pichon la propriétaire est vraiment à l'écoute de ses locataires . N'hésitez pas un seul instant à réserver vous ne le regretterez pas . Encore merci pour ce merveilleux séjour de 15jrs à Mojacar nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.
