'This review is for 5/2/26 - 5/4/26. Stayed here a couple nights to catch a show at Pappy & Harriet’s in Pioneertown about 30 mins away. First off great communication with the owners & management, very helpful and welcoming. The property itself has so much character and charm. We absolutely loved it. It is a little dim with lightning but not bad. Such a great stay for the price. There are field mice that try to sneak in so just a heads up. 'WiFi didn’t work the whole time and nobody seemed interested. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Both showers were either very hot or very cold with no way to mix. Bathtubs leaked through the drain so ere basically non-functional. On the positive side the unit was clean when we got there. Nice proximity to the lake.'

'Was an amazing location, well worth the drive. Hot tub was clean and hot. A/C worked well. Sleeping under the stars was a Bonus!'

'Our stay at this property is one of the best stays we’ve had. Not only was it decorated in such a cute way, it was cozy and the perfect place to lay our head at night. The hot tub was so relaxing after a day of hiking and running around Joshua Tree. Watched the sun set from the swing chairs and it truly was beautiful. Would definitely come back to this property.'

'Easy access since it is right off the road to the West Entrance. Kitchen fully stocked and the bed was comfortable! Air Conditioner works great! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and looking at the stars.'
