'You can check into the property by texting and then you are issued the lobby and room codes. I didnt know this and Expedia doesnt provide the property with a phone number to be contacted at. Andrew was great and very approachable and helpful. The main building needs to be opened up to air out the lobby and hotel area upstairs. It had a dusty odor. Property is kept up nicely. 'We were so lucky we were able to book a room at the Frontier. We were in a bind and had to book last minute. The staff was so accommodating and the room was beautiful. 'The room seemed clean but windows were very hard to close at night and full of spider webs. The bed was very high so hard to climb into being we are 78 yrs old. There was no Kleenex tissues at all, the body lotion bottle I guess hadn't been used in a while because you could not pump anything out of the bottle. 'Big parking lot with easy access to hotel and back out.. Incredible service and staff. Lounge, amenities and everything that a Hampton Inn provides always brings it to the top!
