Loved location and Menton….
This accommodation was great for two friends although the sofa bed is not ideal for adults. We made it work. Kitchen was well equipped and location was great. Property managers were accessible and helpful and very nice.

Wonderful apartment
Apartment is exactly like the photos, couldn't want a more perfectly located apartment, right opposite the beach and close to the town centre and old town (very quiet at night though).Apartment was really clean and surprisingly spacious, had everything we could ask for. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Bel appartement à tous points de vue : situation au calme et proche plages, centre ville, gare etc…Logement très bien équipé (cuisine, chambre et canapé convertible…) et très joliment décoré, bref tout était parfait ! Merci à Catherine et Philippe pour leur excellent accueil ! Ce séjour nous laissera un très bon souvenir !

This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of the beautiful Menton. The building is full of charatcter including a very old and still functioning lift. The beaches and local market are just minutes away. The apartment is a good size with a well equipped kitchen and small balcony. Catherine and Philippe are friendly and helpful hosts. This is our second visit to Menton, it's a absolute gem of a place! Eat at Cote Sud on the front. We'll be back!

Appartement de charme dans immeuble cossu. Idéalement situé dans le centre ville, proche de la mer, des commerces. il suffit de traverser la rue pour être sur la plage et avec des enfants en bas âge, c est bien pratique ! Bonne communication avec les hôtes qui nous avaient réservés quelques attentions sympathiques.

We stayed for a week in June. The location is ideal, right opposite the beach and within a two minute walk of shops, bars and restaurants and the lovely Central market. As the apartment is at the rear of the building there is no traffic noise and sitting on the balcony is very peaceful. Apartment is very spacious with a large living and kitchen area, a decent sized bedroom with plenty of hanging space and drawers in the fitted wardrobes. Bathroom is spacious and the shower is excellent. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer. Very nice decor throughout and in good condition. The property managers Catherine and Phillipe are extremely helpful and friendly and respond promptly to texts. Internet is a little bit slow but not major. Overall in every respect the apartment is perfect for a couple of parents with two young kids.

A memorable stay in Menton!
Our stay at Beach Serenity was very comfortable and the location, perfect for a winter getaway. The flat is well-equipped to be able to enjoy some “home cooking”; food shops are nearby as well as the morning market. And it is extreme quiet for sleeping. It is easy to get to the train and bus stations on foot or the free “Navette”. I would recommend this property to a couple or two friends. Catherine and Philippe were always available to assist. Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Wohnung- dennoch mitten im Zentrum von Menton
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht und sich nur wünschen kann. Die Beschreibung entspricht absolut der im Internet angegebenen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, wir haben das Auto die ganze Zeit auf dem für uns reservierten Parkplatz stehen lassen können. Selbst nach Monaco und Nizza kommt man bequem und für 1,50€ hin. Catherine ist supernett und hat uns ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen. Sogar mit einem gekühlten Rosé im Kühlschrank, was wir am Abend sehr genossen haben. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps rund um Menton gegeben und wir fühlten uns gleich sehr willkommen. Wir überlegen, bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Catherine!!!! Und liebe Grüße aus Karlsruhe.

Very nice, clean and lovely appartment in the best location. Just a few steps to the sea. Very centrally located. Well furnished. In the hot summer temperatures, the two air conditioning systems are also appreciated. Catherine welcomed us very friendly and gave us lots of good tips and information about Menton. Thank you! The parking card you receive is a great advantage in summer, as free parking spaces are very rare. Excursions by train work well, the train station is a few minutes' walk away. We enjoyed our vacation very much and can recommend this appartment.

The apartment is great. Everything you need is there, and the location couldn’t be better. Right by the Beach and also close to the food market, restaurants and boulangeries. We had a great stay would love to come back. And everything worked great with our contact with Catherine.

Très bon emplacement
L’appartement, propre et récemment rénové, est très bien situé ce qui nous a bien facilité les déplacements avec nos enfants en bas âge (plages, sorties, balades). Bonne communication et bon accueil par Philippe et Catherine, avec des partages de bonnes adresses. La place de parking incluse dans le prix de la location a été un réel plus. Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse et reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un éventuel prochain voyage.

L’appartement ,qui n’a pas de vue directe sur la mer , est spacieux et confortable .Il a été rénové récemment et est doté de tous les équipements modernes y compris la climatisation et le wifi.Il est aussi très calme. Sa localisation est centrale et permet un accès facile à tous les services et fournisseurs, sans parler de la mer et de la plage.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la courtoisie et l’efficacité des gérants Philippe et Catherine qui règlent vite et bien les petits problèmes occasionnels d’un séjour.Nous garderons le meilleur souvenir de cette vacance.
