The Haus Besch is located in Alt Reddevitz on the Mönchgut Peninsula on Rügen. It opened in 2020 with stunning luxury apartments. All apartments offer direct water views of the Hagensche Wiek all the way to Gager.
If you’d like to experience a vacation away from the tourist crowds, Alt Reddevitz is the perfect place for you.
Great restaurants will treat you to regional cuisine, a café right on the water invites you to enjoy a delicious slice of cake, and the natural beach awaits you for sunbathing—this is the kind of vacation you’ve been dreaming of. Here you’ll find pure relaxation.



Thanks to numerous free transportation options, you can confidently leave your car behind during your vacation and let yourself be driven around in comfort.



With your visitor’s card, you can use the following modes of transportation free of charge:




• Rides on VVR bus lines 20 and 21 between the Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin, Baabe, and Göhren and the municipality of Mönchgut, including the villages of Middelhagen, Alt Reddevitz, Lobbe, Gager, Groß-Zicker, Thiessow, and Klein-Zicker—year-round

• Rides on the Sellin Resort Train in Sellin to the beach and to Baabe, as well as on the resort train in Baabe and the local Buskam bus in Göhren (Easter through October 31)

• Rides on the Sellin local bus, Line 25, to Altensien, Neuensien, Moritzdorf, and Seedorf (May–October)





Unfortunately, during the peak season (July 1–August 31), arrivals on Saturdays are not possible. Of course, you’re welcome to arrive on any other day of the week—and it’s much more relaxed, thanks to lighter traffic.



Small Captain’s Cabin: 68 m², 2 rooms, 2 people, terrace, sauna:

The “Small Captain’s Cabin” apartment truly lives up to its name. Furnished with great care and craftsmanship, the apartment warmly welcomes 2 guests. Much of the furniture was built by the owners themselves and lends the space a unique charm.
The living area, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the terrace offering a direct view of the water, is furnished with a couch and a flat-screen TV. The open-concept kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction stove and oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and plenty of kitchen utensils.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a smart TV, and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
The large sauna also features a shower. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, making it a great place to spend your vacation even in winter.




Wi-Fi, a parking space in the underground garage (height 1.90 m), and a lockable basement storage room for your bicycles are, of course, included.

Please bring your own firewood to use the fireplace.
