Tevredenheid Point - Mooie Lakefront Home - Smith Mountain Lake

  • Onze vier-bedroom / two-bath huis is gelegen op een zacht glooiende hectare veel, met water aan drie kanten. De brede groene gazon heeft veel schaduw bomen en ruimte om te spelen of te ontspannen. Er is een picknicktafel op een paar voet van de prachtige Smith Mountain Lake.
    Dit nieuw ingerichte woning is ruim en zonnig. Er zijn vier slaapkamers en een kamer Florida met een futon dat een dubbele bed maakt. De grote familiekamer heeft een full-size slaapbank en loveseat. Er zijn twee badkamers, een grote veranda om te ontspannen en te dineren, en een tafeltennistafel in de speelkamer.
    Ons huis is voorzien van centrale airconditioning en een aantal plafondventilatoren. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere kleuren-tv, DVD, VCR, een AM / FM / cassette stereo-speler, een wasmachine, droger en vaatwasser.
    Smith Mountain Lake is bekend om de visserij; en we hebben 175 voeten van de kustlijn om je vaardigheden te testen. De overdekte boot dok is beschikbaar voor de visserij, het aanmeren van uw boot, of kijken naar de zonsondergang. Een gas grill en picknicktafel zijn bedoeld voor uw outdoor diner plezier.

This is our third year staying in Moneta. We love the house, it has everything we need for a comfortable, enjoyable vacation. The Coffman's are wonderful and make the process seamless. I highly recommend this location.

This place is awesome

This place is perfect bigger then expected the game room was a hit with our 4 kids it also very clean....I appreciate the fact there was a broom and cleaning supplies available with 4 kids vacation is the same chores different place we spent a lot of time on the lake the dock was prefect for Putting paddle boards in the water definitely would love to stay again..

Eight of us love to travel together and spend time just relaxing! This was such a comfortable home, nothing fancy but clean and airy with spectacular views on the sides!

Coffman house-smith mountain lake

The property was excellent and the house and view of the lake were great. We found that the pier had plenty of room to dock a pontoon.

Great location

Affordable with plenty of room for our family of four. Awesome views morning and night. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, although we really didn't need anything. Would stay again.

We loved our stay. The owners were responsive but not intrusive. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. We are hoping to come back next year. Pat From New Jersey I would highly recommend.

The Coffman home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, ovenware, blender, mixer, outdoor gas grille etc. TV was a little challenging due to our being technology challenged. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying fishing and swimming from the dock area. There is much to do in the area golfing, boat tour on the lake, great places to eat, arcade, mini golf and ice cream for the grandkids. We had a great family reunion. Thank you to the Coffman's for allowing us to use their home.

Good Family Vacation

Great location and lake access with lots of shoreline. An older lake house but in fairly good shape. Floating dock takes a beating from boat wakes so keep that in mind when docking a boat. A few minor maintenance issues but Steve was always available to discuss. I'm sure they will be delt with and fixed. Overall, a very good experience.

Nice week!

The house is nice - it’s is older but it’s very clean and has had some updating. There were 7 of us and it never felt cramped. Parking was also good. Location is good and the views are incredible. The only disappointing thing is the dock is completely unusable for a Pontoon as it is a very small floating dock. We ended up having to take it to a marina every night which was pretty inconvenient. Owners are very responsive. If you don’t have a or a small fishing boat this is a good stay!

Good times.

We had a great time staying here. The owner was extremely helpful. The view is amazing. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that we had to leave.

Wonderful place on the point

We had a wonderful stay at your home. The house is much larger than it looks! It’s actually a 4 bedroom with 3 full baths! Super clean inside when we arrived. The water can be rough by the dock especially during the weekend. The orange ball/bumper was a lifesaver for docking our boat safely. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are amazing. The owners are very responsive to questions. We are already looking at dates for a return week.

Big lot, good location for shopping and dining

Spent a week in July and brought my ski boat with the family and friends. Clean, good swimming off the dock and very close boating distance to dining , arcade , mini golf , and live music . Be sure to ask about timed play at the arcade, much more affordable. Far too much boat traffic to tie up your boat to the floating dock for very long, it’s just too rough. We just used an anchor and tied it up out in the water for the longer breaks and overnight. It’s fine for boarding and loading though. The brand new floating dock was very nice and the view down lake was great. The ice cream boat came by around 10:30 AM each day. We also went tubing at Explore park in Roanoke county and did the ropes courses and zip lines. We took our own tubes and saved some money on the shuttle. The walk was about 20 minutes

Nice house

Owners are very quick to respond and the house is much bigger than it looks. Huge property and very close to the Bridgewater Shops.
