Reception staff were lovely and friendly, engaged in conversation asking about our day. Wished me a Happy Birthday and our room was ready early, so was able to check in a good couple of hours earlier. Room was nice and spacious, clean and we could monitor the air con. Our overall stay was amazing and would definately reccomend. We didnt go in tbe restaurant/bar or stayed...

'The hotel is beautifully renovated, stylish and modern. All staff were so friendly and customer focused. Location right on the river and quayside short walk into city centre.
