'Beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of old town Lucerne! Close to everything and we could get enough of the view of Jesuitkirche and the chapel bridge across the river from our private balcony. For location and views, would 10/10 stay here again! Tip- the breakfast buffet can be a little pricey, but the service was wonderful and a they offered a great spread or a-La-Carte options. Eating there is a quintessentially Swiss place to start your morning and you won't regret it. '

'Vriendelijk personeel, uiterst schoon, zeer ruime kamers, atttentie bij aankomst, schitterend uitzicht op het park, mooie spa met groot zwembad, gezellige hotelbar met 's zaterdags live muziek, fantastisch ontbijt dat het geld waard is (heerlijke eggs benedict), enz. Kortom: we hebben ze op geen fout kunnen betrappen en ze hebben ons menig keer blij verrast met net dat beetje extra. Je betaalt vrij veel maar krijgt absoluut waarde voor je geld!'

'5 estrelas muito bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, limpo, claro e bem decorado com open minibar. Tudo muito agradável. A entrada do hotel é que deixa a desejar, é estreita, escura, passa-se por um café...ficamos até na dúvida se estávamos no lugar certo. Precisa de um elevador ou escadas para se chegar a linda recepção. Sabemos que é uma questão de espaço estrutural mas poderia ser melhorado, entrada não condiz com um 5 estrelas, de forma alguma. Relação custo-benefício não tão boa.'
