Would have preferred the bathroom and toilet to be a single room, rather than separate, but I guess that's difficult to change / update. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets.
