Apartment No. 02 “La Dogne” – Studio for 2 people

"La Dogne" studio, 12 m², located on the first floor (residence secured by a code-locked entrance); this apartment consists of:<br>- a kitchenette with a high bar-style table (equipped with a microwave oven, induction cooktop, permanent filter coffee maker, raclette and crepe maker, electric kettle, and toaster),<br>- a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a closet,<br>- a shower room with a toilet (with a hair dryer)<br>- Flat-screen TV, board game set,<br>- Dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning supplies provided.<br>You have access to the 100m² shared garden, featuring a large picnic table, a pétanque court, a 4-burner gas grill, a ping-pong table, darts, giant Mikado, and many small games for children...<br>The sauna is available upon request (€10/week / outside of the COVID period)<br>You have access to the self-service washer and dryer in the laundry room in the basement. (Laundry detergent provided)<br>Ski storage, hiking boots, and strollers are available on the first floor.<br>Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked under the porch, accessible through the garden gate with a secure (code)<br>We can provide: a travel crib, high chair, and baby bathtub (upon request).<br>Sheets, towels, bath mats, and dish towels are not included in the rental. You can rent them from the Sancy concierge service:<br>- €15 per 140 cm bed<br>- €5 per person for linens (towel, bath mat, and dish towel)<br>Housekeeping is not included in the rental:<br>- you can arrange for it through the concierge service: €30 (excluding the kitchen and dishes; a €30 surcharge applies if the kitchen and dishes are not cleaned).<br>This is a non-smoking apartment. Hosting parties is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Free street parking.<br>We are available throughout your stay by phone or email.<br>Frédérique and Alexis from the Sancy concierge service will welcome you starting at 4:00 PM and assist with your checkout between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
