On the upper level, there is a living room opening onto a large terrace of approximately 35m² with a beautiful view.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a 3-zone induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.

There is a bedroom with a 160x190cm bed, television, and wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and a second large refrigerator-freezer.

A separate WC is also located on this level.

On the lower level: there is a bedroom with two 90x190cm bunk beds, a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed with storage, a television, and a cot,
a third bedroom with a 140x190cm bed with storage and a television,
a shower room with a heated towel rail and baby changing facilities, and a separate WC.

In season, you can enjoy the terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and an outdoor griddle.

There are shared outdoor areas with Children's playground, pétanque court. Also available: a private ski/bike storage room and private parking for 3-4 cars.

Pets allowed: small dog only.
Security deposit: €1000.
Cleaning package available upon request, to be booked 10 days prior to arrival: €160 extra.
