Located in Miami Platja, this 120m2 house is situated just behind a quiet cove (cala) separated from the beach only by the Paseo Marítimo pedestrian path, perfect for car-free morning jogs, sunset strolls or just crossing for a swim in one minute from your door steps! Perfect to enjoy the peaceful sea views and listen to the ocean waves from your terrace.

Interior and Amenities: The house is distributed over a spacious layout including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a garage. Outdoor spaces feature a large terrace with sea views and a private small garden equipped with a barbecue, alongside access to a community swimming pool. The house has no air conditioning but has fans and a sea breeze.

Location and Transport:
1.) Local: 5 /10 minutes walk to Miami Platja center (supermarkets, restaurants, bakery) and to the main beach ‘Playa Cristal’.
2.) Rail: Accessible from Barcelona by regional train via Hospitalet de l’Infant station or by the AVE high-speed train to Camp de Tarragona.
3.) Air: Conveniently located near Reus Airport, 25 min drive to the house.

Minimum stay: 6 nights (arrival on all days but no Sundays). Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, these can be rented from our caretaker service for 15 € per person. A Wi-Fi router with internet access is also available for rent upon request.
