'This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. 'Linda was wonderful in her review of the property and was very accommodating in all aspects of our stay. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable including the mattress. We enjoyed the lake and a little fishing. The area is very nice and we did some exploring. It was very quiet and we rarely even saw anyone while we were on the lake. 'This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. 'The cabin is very nice. It is in good shape. It is well decorated. It is very comfy, and it has everything you could possibly need. It is very close to the town of Wilmington, hiking trails, fishing, pond, lakes, and rivers. Sarah, the owner, was very responsive to any questions or needs. There’s a very nice eclectic restaurant in Wilmington that we really enjoyed called Jezebel. There is a high likelihood we would be coming back at some point in the future.'

'This property is fairytale cute, so welcoming and relaxing. We had a beautiful stay in Vermont thanks to this location. And there were surprise puppies on site!!!!! 'We had the most perfect stay during our home renovation. We needed a place last minute, and we couldnt have found a more perfect house. The backyard was perfect for play and the house was super comfortable. We stayed for a week and we loved how easy it was to get to Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joe’s.
