The main house retains its historic charm with an impressive stone staircase, oak floors, beamed ceilings, and spacious bedrooms. Upstairs, four large bedrooms and two additional bathrooms provide plenty of space for guests.


The converted coach house offers a fantastic large living room with table football, a second fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two en suite), and a family bathroom. Next door, the cinema house is a real highlight, featuring a wide-screen cinema with galleried seating, an air-conditioned vaulted room, a high-ceilinged living room with countryside views, and two en suite bedrooms.

For a touch of local flavour, the nearby village of Roquecor, only ten minutes’ drive, boasts a café bar, a restaurant, a grocery store, and a lively Sunday market. Larger supermarkets and a wider selection of shops can be found within 20–30 minutes in Villeneuve, Fumel, or Agen.
