Villa Borghese lies near San Giminiano, on the famous Francigena road. The nearest village you can find is Montaione, located on the top of a hill in the heart of the Tuscany countryside, at 373 mt on the sea level, surrounded by the typical landscape of Elsa Valley, characterised by Chianti vineyards, olive trees, rows of cypresses. The surrounding countryside is rich in Chianti vineyards that produce an excellent wine.

The property develops over two floors.

The main entrance leads to the living room with TV and the library from where we can access the main lounges, the billiard room and a double bedroom with a bathroom suitable for the disabled.

The service entrance-located to the left of the main entrance-leads to the kitchen, pantry, large dining room and hunting room with large fireplace. Two small guest bathrooms with toilet and sink only, the laundry room and a service room with bathroom complete the ground floor. In this wing, on the first floor, we find a magnificent suite with bathroom from which there is a magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside. There is a bedroom suitable for a nanny, with private bathroom, located on the ground floor near the kitchen.

A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor, where we have the villa main sleeping area, with 12 bedrooms.
On the left side, we find:
- the master bedroom with its large king-size canopy bed, a sitting area with a terrace overlooking the garden and a large, inviting travertine bathroom;
- two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms;
- a twin bedroom with a marble bathroom;
- an Empire-style single bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wonderful, spacious bathroom with shower;
- two bedrooms, both air-conditioned.

To the right of the corridor there are:
- two wonderful twin suites, both with large ensuite bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with shower);
- the grandparents' bedroom which features a large canopy bed and view of the countryside.

The outside area in front of the villa offers a large garden with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. A stone staircase leads to the swimming pool (9x14 m- depth 1.20-2.50), surrounded by a large lawn, where you can eat and relax. Here you can dine al fresco on the covered terrace. On the back of the lawn, there is an external bathroom and three changing rooms, one with a large shower. Villa Borghese can also be the ideal place for small wedding receptions. The garden, the pool area and the lawn can accommodate up to 100 people seated. In case of bad weather you can use the lodge for cocktails, lounges for dinner or add a marquee to cover part of the garden.
