The indoor dining table is for six people. There are two other outdoor tables that can be used by six seats in front of the apartment and up to ten seats on the terrace. The terrace is available to tourists such as games and barbecue. We are sorry that the terrace has not been used by you. Hi, I am very sorry for the problem, unfortunately it broke the VMC device of mechanical ventilation controlled, in fact only worked more in ventilation mode and not in dehumidification mode and air purification. The high temperatures (have been the hottest weeks of the summer) and the high humidity has fostered mold formation on the walls of the smaller bedroom. I would point out that at check-in there was no smell of mold and the premises had been carefully analyzed, prepared and cleaned, also the previous guests who had left the apartment on the same day, had not found any problems. The VMC controlled mechanical ventilation device is necessary because the second bedroom has no windows and regulates the right degree of air humidity in addition to purifying it. In the garden we have several plants of lavender, we like to collect it every year and put it in bags placed in the cabinets to perfume the rooms. The other rooms fortunately, they did not have any mold problem. In All these years we have never had any other similar problems, the numerous and beautiful reviews can confirm it. The smaller bedroom was sanitized, fully repainted and repaired the VMC device which now works properly in dehumidification mode and air purification. I would like to clarify the following: On Monday, July 30th we sent sms to find out how their holiday was proceeding. We didn't get any answers so Tuesday, July 31st we sent emails to get a hit. We received only Thursday night August 2 at 9.36 PM communications on mold problems. They had to let us know right away the problem when they heard the first odors in order to promptly check the premises and the correct operation of the VMC device, with eventual replacement or repair of the same and the restoration of the bedroom. We would have immediately communicated the possibility of using the new double sofa bed in the living room instead of the smaller bedroom, or we would have communicated that we could accommodate all their family in another apartment available in the Villa, Just the time of 2/3 hours to prepare the premises. Unfortunately we could not do anything about this because we were informed the problem when they had already decided to leave the apartment next morning and they had already booked in other hotels. Also during their stay they definitely ruined the wooden table outside on the terrace, it is a table in Teak wood extending up to 3 Mt and up to 12 seats, of a higher value than their claim.
