The modern and bright Happy Comfort mobile home can accommodate up to 5 people. For each week booked, we’ll apply a flat-rate discount of 25 euros to your booking using the code “Happy27” ( 31.01.2027 ), in addition to the price shown.
You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. To do so, please enter “Buchung100” in the comment field. We will then deduct the 5% for you. If this rate has already been selected on the booking portal, no additional discount is available. Important: With this rate, 100% of the amount is due immediately after booking. This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.
This family-friendly accommodations are located in the California vacation village in Marina di Montalto, right on the sea in the Maremma region. A centuries-old pine forest stretches along the resort’s pristine coastline. The pool park, featuring a gentle beach-like slope, water slides, and water features, forms the heart of the resort and also serves as the venue for games, dances, and the entertainment program organized by the activity team. Numerous sports facilities offer variety for active vacationers. In addition, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as Wi-Fi, are available to guests.
The modern and bright Happy Comfort mobile home accommodates up to 5 people. These new mobile homes feature a modern, well-equipped kitchenette with plenty of storage, a refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove, and a sink with a drying rack. An Italian espresso pot is also provided. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa for one person. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and toilet (in some mobile homes, the toilet is separate from the bathroom). The cozy, raised wooden deck is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and an electric grill, inviting you to relax while the children play on the playground. Half-board or full-board meals can be booked on-site upon request. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style available.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
Our well-maintained private beach is just 100 m away via a traffic-free path. In addition to a public section of the beach, you’ll find excellent amenities: umbrellas, lounge chairs, beach chairs, and a self-service bar. Pedal boats, water sleds, canoes, and beach volleyball courts provide plenty of activities. Small boats can also use a convenient, buoy-marked entry and exit channel.
POOL
The water park features a gently sloping beach-like design and is divided into separate pool areas for adults and children. Integrated water slides, splashing mini-waterfalls, and a bubbling whirlpool area with soothing massage jets provide variety and swimming fun. Generous sunbathing areas with both shaded and sunny spots for relaxation extend around the pools. The pool area also serves as the central stage for the daily entertainment program: The entertainment team regularly hosts aqua aerobics, group dances, water games, and small challenges for all ages.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In addition to a great pool, guests can also look forward to an energetic entertainment team. During peak season, a varied program is put together every day. Evening entertainment is also provided, with game nights and shows organized. Canoes and pedal boats are available on the beach, as well as sports fields and table tennis tables.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
For sports activities, a beach volleyball court, table tennis tables, and outdoor fitness equipment are available for free use. In addition, canoes and pedal boats can be rented for trips out to sea. The sports offerings are rounded out by a multipurpose court for tennis and basketball, as well as a small artificial turf field for soccer.
SHOPPING
The vacation village has its own mini-market selling fruits and vegetables and a souvenir shop.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Shopping options are also nearby. If you’d prefer half-board or full-board, you’re welcome to book this on-site (no advance reservation required). The restaurant, serving regional and international cuisine, treats guests to culinary highlights.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
You will receive a club card for all facilities (excluding beach service and sports facilities). The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected after your stay to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. Bed linens, towels, high chairs, and travel cribs must be ordered at the time of booking if desired, or requested no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).

You will receive detailed directions along with your travel documents after booking. LOCATION
The resort is located directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. The interesting archaeological sites of Tarquinia are only 15 km away.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Marina di Montalto is located in the beautiful Lazio region and is known for its vast pine forests and wide beaches. The town is ideal for relaxing or exploring nature on a walk. You’ll also find a selection of restaurants and cafés here. Marina di Montalto offers a variety of shops, gelaterias, restaurants, and a beautiful beach promenade where you can enjoy walks with the family. In addition, you’ll find a wide range of water sports activities on the beach, making your vacation an unforgettable experience. You can go on long walks, bike rides, and horseback riding excursions. Marina di Montalto is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Etruscan regions, the famous cities of art and culture, and the medieval villages. For example, visit the excavations of the ancient city of Vulci or the Torre di Montalto. A former watchtower built under Pope Pius V (1566-1572) to protect the coast. Just 20 kilometers to the north lies Capalbio, a nearly intact medieval village that offers a magnificent panorama of the surrounding Maremma. A day trip to Rome—only about a 1.5-hour drive away—is also very easily possible from here.
