'The breakfast has many varieties and the foods are good. We like the spacious room size. The only complain is the The parking lot that has small spaces between cars and share spaces with the hotel next door.'

'Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.'

'Room was next to the elevator. I asked for another and was told she couldn't change my room even though the hotel was less than half full. I asked for creamer for the coffee maker and was told it was in the room. We looked in the room again, nothing there. She told us to go and look for some on the breakfast tables. They charge $7 for parking in their lot. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. You also had to buy your own breakfast.'

'The hotel supposedly has a shuttle to pick up people from the airport. But once you arrive from Europe without phone credit or data, there is no way to reach the hotel to request the shuttle. The hotel was not very clean (not awful either). Breakfast was terrible: sugar wrapped in plastic. Area around the hotel not great.'

They seemed to not know what was going on depending on who you came in contact with. This is a VERY sparse accommodation. Clean? 'Property is undergoing renovations and it’s messy plus the hallways smell like construction work. We were in a renovated room but the quality of work is questionable. Items hung crooked, toilet paper holder already falling off the wall….. Staff is very helpful, accommodating and gracious.'

'It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was.'
