Access to the house is via three steps on the front side. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and pantry, a TV lounge, a games room (board games, Wii) with a pool table, a separate WC, and two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and an en-suite shower room with WC. There is also a fourth bedroom for four people, furnished with a 160x200cm bed, a bunk bed with two 90x190cm beds, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

Fiber optic internet is available via Orange Box. The entire house has air conditioning.

Baby equipment includes two travel cots, a high chair, and two booster seats.
