Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Berge und Wasser. Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht überein. Das ist Essen schmeckt gar nicht und ist völlig überteuert. Wir haben am Nachmittag 2 Eisbecher bestellt. Für je 3 Kugeln Eis, welches wässrig und mit Eiskristallen war, maximal so groß wie ein Tischtennisball und lieblos in eine Schale getan haben wir 24,- Euro bezahlt. Das Personal war unfreundlich und nicht aufmerksam. Unser Tisch hat beim Essen so gewackelt, dass der Kaffee komplett verschüttet wurde. Statt zu helfen, hat das Personal beobachtet, wie wir versucht haben alles sauber zu machen und den Tisch zu stabilisieren. Wir könnten noch so viel erwähnen, aber beschränken uns darauf, dass wir dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen können.

Oh this was just heavenly! We chose a deluxe sea view room and had the most beautiful view from our balcony. The room was small, but we did not need any more for the two of us. It was clean and smelled lovely. The bathroom was spacious, but the actual shower did not have much for elbow space (not the shower pictured in the website). Each and every employee we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. We ate lunch at the outdoor dining in front of the tower; breathtaking views, convenient, but the food was not memorable. The included breakfast in the breakfast room was outstanding and full of choices. We spent an entire day down at the beach club (additional charge) perched on the rocks overlooking the crystal blue waters of the cove; there is also quick food and drinks there. Must do.

Soggiorni splendido, camera numero 9 meraviglia e l'unica che ti permetterà di godere appieno del tramonto. Unica nota negativa ma il servizio è a parte è data dal ristorante non all'altezza dei prezzi eccessivi. Colazione a buffet servito buono ma non eccellente.

Way too overpriced for what you get
The setting of hotel is stunning - watching the sunset over the sea from the garden is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is good - a lot of options to choose from and the pool area is also nice on a hot day. They don't have umbrellas but you can find shade in the garden. It's relatively quiet and peaceful. The rooms, on the other hand, are really outdated and definitely not what you should be paying this price for. While it should be an upscale resort, everything inside is very old and nothing seems to function properly - we had issues checking in because the tablet at the reception didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, the printer didn't work, the wi-fi code didn't work, etc. We also had ants in our room and while in general that doesn't really bother us (it's nature after all :)), as a general rule, you should NOT have ants in a hotel with this price. The restaurant at the hotel is ok but the location of the hotel itself makes it very difficult to get to any other place (especially at night when you have absolutely no lights and very steep and narrow roads) and if you are staying for more than a couple of days, dining at the hotel just gets very boring. Also keep in mind that you will not be able to leave or come back to the hotel without a car and parking in Santo Stefano (or anywhere in Monte Argentario) is a nightmare. So if you just plan to stay at the hotel and relax, that's ok, but if you want to explore the area, it's not a good location for that.

Drei Tage am Meer
Aussicht ist der Hammer! Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen ist gut, der Service ist ok. Es hat da ein paar Mitarbeiter die vermutlich schon sehr lange da sind und sich mehr mit sich als mit den Gästen beschäftigen. Wir haben beim Apéro so 15 Min gewartet bis uns jemand entdeckt hat. Wir sassen vor der Bar. Der Strand ist grossartig und gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto 2 Min und ein guter Parkservice ist mit dabei. Das Hotel hat so viel mehr potential und wir werden sicher wieder kommen und uns überraschen lassen wie es dann aussieht. Wenn man sieht, wie toll da sie Aussicht und der Park ist, denke ich würde es sich lohnen mehr daraus zu machen. PS: Wir immer, die Betten sind zu hart und auch etwas „alt“

LOCATION, Location 5* - not all service matching
This is an amazing location, I was stunned - like many people said. And yes, the dinner restaurant is overpriced, even for this very special location. After varying Reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my ‘classic room’ was very decent and very spacious, clean and actually had a partial Oceanview! Most service staff is very friendly, however a lot of them speak very little English.., And details in service could definitely be improved. Sunset from the bar is spectacular, and the lunch menu is decent, and prices are both fine for the lunch & bar, also offering snacks. Access to the beach is a few minutes drive down the street on the road, it’s a rocky bay (no sand like most bays here, but very beautiful! Access needs reservation & is limited due to covid regulations!). Breakfast buffet is fine but not amazing (neither was the staff /attention to details there...). I would be happy to come back / recommend foe the precious spot this is located on. Views are soo stunning 180° & more!

Esperienza sicuramente positiva. Personale e servizio di sala ristorante al top, ma non dimentichiamo che il prezzo è sostanzialmente da stellato. Posizione eccezionale e vista spettacolare, ma lì direi che ci ha pensato la natura in gran parte. Servizio di reception migliorabile. Un cliente che alloggia in 4 stelle con prezzi da 5 stelle vorrebbe professionalità e un’accoglienza particolare. Dopo 5 ore di macchina arrivo in albergo, ma offritemi un bicchiere d’acqua o un caffè. Si può sorridere anche con la mascherina 😷. Provate a farvi un giro in qualche 4/5 stelle in AltoAdige dove sei un amico di famiglia quando arrivi. Non prendiamo sempre la scusa del COVID per giustificare l’inefficienza. Abbiamo capito che una mascherina ci protegge. Se i ristoranti sono aperti vuol dire che siamo tornati alla normalità anche sui servizi di hôtellerie. Riguardo alla struttura direi poi che si potrebbe investire qualcosa sulle ristrutturazioni in anni come questi in cui torna più di quanto si spende (110%). Il fatto che si sia sempre pieni non dovrebbe farci sedere sugli allori. L’asticella si può sempre alzare e con essa la marginalità. Il frigobar sempre vuoto in camera non è giustific se sono un cliente che spende 550/notte. Come L’assenza di un bollitore. I bicchieri di plastica per l’acqua e i succhi a colazione sono cheap, non Green e non c’entra il Covid. Il piatto dei dolci portato in camera la prima sera e rimasto sul balcone dopo tre notti (e due remake della camera)…

Purtroppo l’attuale situazione in cui viviamo, non ci ha permesso di mostrare al meglio le nostre potenzialità e passione che mettiamo nel soddisfare l’ospite. Siamo contenti che abbia apprezzato la bellezza ed il paesaggio incantevole in cui è incastonato il Boutique Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola.
