'What a tropical paradise! We were blown away by Hideaway! If you are looking for a private, family or couple getaway, this is the best place around! The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! Little touches everywhere were not overlooked by my family. '

'Overall, the stay at the hotel was good. With exceptions for some marks on the wall in the bathroom and hairs in the cabinets likely left by prior guests, the room was clean. The proximity and view of downtown St. Thomas was absolutely the best part of the room. Additionally, we loved the air conditioning. 'The room was clean, beautiful, and very spacious we just had a little issue with the A/C and on spot where water leaked from the ceiling. Once it was reported someone was sent right away. The pools are great the kids enjoyed them the staff was friendly mostly helpful and nice.'

'Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.'
