We are usually very attentive to the maintenance in the hotel and I don't know why You didn't notify at the reception desk about the problem. Gentile Dario, Grazie mille per il suo commento e per i suggerimenti. Ci scusiamo tanto per il disaggio nelle camere con l'internet. I ripetitori al secondo e terzo piano si sono smossi e purtroppo il ns tecnico era assente per tutto il mese. Al piano terra nel lobby dell'hotel l'internet funzionava. Mi dispiace di non aver chiesto al ricevimento, perché abbiamo anche un secondo hotspot per l'area del bar, giardino e piscina e lì per fortuna non abbiamo problemi con il segnale. I frigoriferi e le casseforti sono su richiesta. Speriamo l'anno prossimo di provedere con la loro fornitura in tutte le camere. Un cordiale saluto e buona estate!

Dear Ms Pavel, Thank You for choosing Hotel Villa Maria and for your comment. We apologize for the WiFi malfunction in the rooms, we have recently encountered problems and we just call the tecnician .We take a note of your suggestions regarding the assortments of bread and drinks for breakfast. The hotel swimming pool is 15 meters long and is very suitable for our structure with only 23 rooms. We are leasure hotel and till now all of the guest highly had appreciated the area of it. Sorry, but we realy do not needed of Olympic swimming pool ! Wish You a nice Summer time and hope that at your next arrival You willfind better accomodation!
