'We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.'

'This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. 'I was overwhelmed by the generosity of the owner, Doris, I spent one day there on my arrival in Jamaica, they made me feel so welcomed I decided to spend my last day there as well. Doris was so kind, she even took me to the Knutsford bus free of charge! Wi fi worked in the room as well.'

'I rent this place for 2night and I could only stay 1 night I didn’t even sleep because of ants and roach no hot water noise right through out the night and the light went away and they have no back up generators and how u see the place online it not the same when you see it in person this place is a dump '
