Je wilt iets anders te doen, stel je je eigen tempo, niet door het hotel dienstregelingen en kledingvoorschriften gebonden. Bij voorkeur, zou je willen gewoon om met je familie of vrienden, niet omringd door honderden andere mensen.

This property is beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. Staff was amazing very accommodating to all of our needs. And the Chef created some wonderful meals that the entire group enjoyed. I had an amazing experience at JamVilla. The property was beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was able to meet the owner during my stay. He was communicative and understanding. I held my wedding rehearsal dinner on the property and all my family and guests raved about the property. We truly appreciated all the help and how amazingly the staff treated everyone. They waited until we got there super late to check us in and provided a very nice welcome/greeting I used the venue to host my wedding and they were very receptive and helpful in assisting in planning and organizing everything. I couldn't have done it without them, particularly Chantay. They freshly painted the main areas before the wedding which helped to make the place look even better. We also utilized the bar service team and they were absolutely great. Guests enjoyed the mixes that they made and we were very happy with the service. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice but customer service started off horrible, but got better towards the end. The food could've been better, our family actually stepped in and prepared Wedding dinner. Everything ended up coming together at the end of the day. Also they claim to be missing some utensils, but it wasn't us....good thing i had insurance...

Great location, amazing staff

The location and grounds were great. We rented out the full facility for our strategic offsite and everything worked great and there was plenty of room. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and well appointed. Most of all, the cleaning staff, groundskeepers, bartender and chefs were amazing and took such great care of all 13 of us. Most importantly, Chantay, the property manager was amazing a meticulous in helping us plan everything.

Perfect place for a large family gathering

Jam Villa was perfect for our extended family reunion. It comfortably accommodated 19 of us, ages 8 to 74, with nice landscaping and wonderful amenities - pool, tennis court, basketball hoops, pool table, and more. The beach was an easy walk away and very pleasant. The house staff, especially the chefs, were fantastic! We were there over American Thanksgiving and they made a special meal for us for the holiday. So kind, welcoming, and accommodating! The only thing to note is that the bathrooms do not come with toiletries, so bring your own. Otherwise, the house is well appointed.

Amazing villa with top notch service

We stayed at Jam Villa in early October 2024 and the experience was top notch. Rick communicated with us prior to arrival via VRBO and Chantay was our main villa coordinator. Their communication is outstanding and they ensured that the booking process was smooth. Aside from the villa's beautiful property, the thing that makes Jam Villa so great is it's team of staff. I've stayed at multiple 5 star resorts in Jamaica and can say with confidence that I would rather go back to Jam Villa with my family in the future. You get the full experience with more privacy, control, and you also help support smaller businesses. Their staff are attentive but not nosey, present but not intrusive. They are all kind and good people. We took advantage of the chef service daily and the food was great. The chefs definitely cook with love. Some faves were ackee and saltfish for breakfast, brown stew oxtail, escovitch fish, curried shrimp, stew beef.. No one complained once about the food and we had quite a diverse group. Rohan who is the villa's transportation personnel was simply awesome. We used his services for transportation and excursions. His vehicles were clean and well maintained and he was always on time with a huge smile on his face. He helped design a custom itinerary of 3 unique excursions for our group and each was special and unique. Highly recommend using his services! Thank you Rick, Rohan, Chantay, Tamika, Assoleitta, Roudane, Damion, Anita, Enid, Nicole, Alafia, and Marva!

2024 Family Vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful. It accommodated our family perfectly. But the staff oh my goodness so friendly so professional and they stayed on top of everything without hesitation and without us asking. Jam Villa …. Don’t hesitate …. This place is AMAZING! We were a family of 16 and returned home so thankful and pleased with our experience. This Villa is so clean, its immaculate!!! Every single member of the Jam Villa staff touched a piece of our hearts … we will miss them tremendously. Chefs Marva and Alafia were not only terrific at their jobs, but TRULY SWEETHEARTS!!! ❤️ if you want a true Jamaican experience, this is the way to go … you get true Jamaican dishes made for you! They cook with LOVE. We will miss them dearly. These ladies were very good at cooking with dietary restrictions too! Gluten and Dairy Free. Alafia even took the time to make Pina Colada’s for the kids♥️ and special ones for adults. The gardeners/maintenance staff, Roudane and Vaughn are hard at work everyday … keeping the property looking spotless. Housekeepers, Nicole, Anita and Enid are also amazing and very helpful… Never wanted for anything.!!! THANKS ☺️ Hola and Chantay were very friendly and helpful! Jam Villa is a great place to host family and your wedding

Jam Villa is a great place to host family and events. The staff is extremely hospitable; they did an amazing job all around. We hosted 22 family member who flew in for our wedding and stayed on the resort for a week. We also held our wedding on the resort with 100 guests and had the resort cater our special occasion. The food was delicious and they didn’t miss a beat. The resort is beautiful. The pictures don’t reflect the upgrades, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are nice and cool. The chefs and staff made sure all our needs were taken care of. Ola made sure everything was coordinated for arrival. Shante did a great job of checking in on us; she was very attentive. We really felt at home at Jam Villa. I highly recommend Jam Villa for your next family vacation or event. The team won’t disappoint, you’ll be in good hands.

I could go on for hours about how awesome Jam Villa is. Rick and Kimberly were great communicators and made sure I had everything I needed prior to my trip. Check-In was quick and easy, and the property itself is STUNNING. It is huge and the pictures don't do it justice. All the rooms were clean and housekeeping refreshed them everyday. The food the chefs made was soooo good and if we needed anything, they catered to our needs quickly. The staff are all so friendly, especially Ann and Akeem! This was the best villa I could have chosen for my group of 15 and I'm so glad I did. I'm sad I'm not there anymore but hope to return in the future. The villa is worth every penny - do NOT hesitate to book!!!!!!!

Barnaby-Kerr Family vacation

Our stay was awesome!!! Mr. Walcott and his entire Staff were superb and accommodating. We had all ages in our group and they ensured everyone were ok. I had my 60th birthday party and all my guests were impressed. The food was great, and the Staff was detailed and to the point. I give this Villa a 10 Stars! Just awesome!!!

House Rental/Resort

Beautiful rental property, clean but dated. Staff is friendly and someone is always on property. The beach access is about an eight minute walk and is wonderful. Great spot for a large group.

The rooms and facilities were suitable; the beds were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant, supportive and helpful, I could not have hosted the event so well without their help. Everyone who attended loved the property and we are ready to visit again.

60th birthday celebration

This trip was a year in the making. I found this property and it was exactly what I was looking for. Space for adults and kids to play and relax. The property owner was so accommodating, answering my multiple questions and ensuring me all would be fine. From the time we pulled up to the property until we left we were treated well. The chefs cooked amazing food, the property manager Kim stayed in constant communication to make sure my plans were carried off. The property was clean and any issues we had were addressed immediately. I was a spa manager and can honestly say I had one of the best massages at this location So glad we stayed at jam villa

Fabulous get away with amazing people

Everything about the property eas as presented in the listing. What couldn't be properly expressed was how wonderful the staff was. Kimberly and Akeem were incredible. And Marva the chef was not only terrific at her job, but a true sweetheart! My while family of 17 couldn’t have been better taken care of! And Rick was a help extraordinaire from start to finish.

The Best Holiday Ever!

We just came back to the UK from Jamaica on a 2 week stay at Jam Villa. The location was perfect, the staff were exceptional - huge shout out to Marva, Jessica & Kimberley (sorry I can't remember the other staff names - but thank you!) They were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they helped us arrange a big family party which included a sports day for the family :) The rooms were kept clean and tidy with fresh towels every day, the pool area and grounds were perfect and well kept, and communication with Rick the owner was prompt and well received. The only one change would have been to have a better stocked kitchen with utensils and other kitchen appliances as we were such a big group, and some chalk for the pool table, but we ended going out a lot to eat so no real bother. Thank you Jam Villa for such a wonderful stay, we will be back!!!

Wedding at Jam Villa

The property was great, we were late getting to the property after some delays at the airport. Rick was at the property and patiently waited for us to arrive and gave us a tour and showed us around the property. Through out our time there he and his staff were always available to help with any questions and provided recommendations for dining options. I would highly recommend to future guests to book the chef services as the food they prepared was great and kept our group together.
