We are delighted that you have decided to stay with us. Please see the below information regarding your accommodation:
1. The unit A509 is located on the fifth floor of the Sabal Tower.
2. You are required to check in and be registered at the Front Desk located in the Clubhouse lobby.
3. The mandatory $65.00 Housekeeping fee is collected during the registration process.
4. Housekeeping service does not include washing dishes, pots and pans. You are required to wash any item(s) used, empty the dishwasher, and place the dishes in the appropriate cabinet.
5. Remove all garbage from unit, the trash room is located on the fifth floor of the Sabal Tower.
6. Please do not sit on the couch, chairs or bed with wet clothing or swim wear.
7. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit (no smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes).
8. Kindly turn the air conditioner off if you have the patio door open.
9. You have the option to purchase an upgrade to the Hotel’s All Inclusive meal plan.Currently, the cost is $180US per person per day.
10. Any stay over 6 nights is required to request an additional housekeeping service. The unit will be tidied, bed linens and towels changed and toiletries replenish.
11. Checking in time is 3pm and check out is at 11am, unless otherwise approved for extension.
12. Please follow the log-in instructions to connect to the resort’s free wireless internet
13. Kindly call the front desk and request an engineer for any urgent repairs, problems, or concerns during your stay.
