Boetiekhotels in Montego Bay

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, kamer was netjes '

'Well, overall, we had a great time in Montego Bay. The worst part of the hotel was the housekeeping . After the room was cleaned, we had to wait hours to get clean towels and even when the towels were delivered to the room, they looked as though they weren’t completely clean. It was a little dingy. I should say wasn’t like completely white. We had to request towels almost every day, request soap, request shampoo request, conditioner, request lotion. It was like I felt we were begging for the...

'There is bar/club next to the place. I was only there one night, a Friday night, the music was very loud.'

'Zeer gedateerd en middelmatig hotel'

'The room was okay great customer service. I stayed there during Melissa. I when there on a Monday then everything went downhill cause of Melissa. The building suffered damages and needs to be repaired '

'Decent place high upon a hill. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Local college marching band practiced at 0630 on Sunday. :) Dog barked all night. :(. Many cars racing on road. It was all part of the experience. I would stay there again'

'I was overwhelmed by the generosity of the owner, Doris, I spent one day there on my arrival in Jamaica, they made me feel so welcomed I decided to spend my last day there as well. Doris was so kind, she even took me to the Knutsford bus free of charge! Wi fi worked in the room as well.'

'Likes: Location close to the lounges, beach, hip strip activities. Was able to walk there. Nice gift shop on premise to buy souvenirs. Dislikes: not wheelchair or walker assessable. Elevator broke 2x had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs for 2 days with no communication from host about repair times or apologizing for inconvenience. Nobody brings you to your room, you have to go and find it for yourself. I had to argue and complain for someone to show me my room. Place is under...

'You get what you pay for it’s not a five star it’s not an all-inclusive the staff was very nice and very customer service'

'lovely local vibe - nice music perfect stop before heading to the airport! Plus Jamaican owned. Short walk for vibes and a local beach / swim.'

'It was dirty, everthing you touched was sticking and lits if mold. Bathroom was from the dark ages and mold. Paid too much for this and was ver concerning because of the mold and healthissues.'

'Let me start with the property was very nice including the apartment we stayed in. Very modern and tastefully decorated. Location of this property was perfect as we were visiting family and it was close by. To pay for the cleaning fee prior to check in was a little challenging; when traveling with a cell phone you are unable to pay using the link they provide. We were able to pay cash onsite which helped. I would like to focus on the false advertising of guest laundry, there is no guest laundry...
