Nieuw bij Market! Luxe villa met 4 slaapkamers, zeezicht en overloopzwembad

Welkom in Springville! Je thuis weg van huis. Springville is een volledig bemande luxe villa in Montego Bay, op slechts 20 minuten van de luchthaven.

Stel op 3. 5 hectare prachtig aangelegd terrein, dit 4 slaapkamers, 4. 5 badkamers huis is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van de rust van het Caribisch gebied. De villa beschikt over veel buitenruimte leefruimte - kom tot rust op de veranda waar u kunt genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op zee en een overloopzwembad.

Ons personeel van 5 personen zal aan al uw wensen voldoen:

Uw bed en bad worden elke dag onderhouden door de huishoudster.

Het zwembad en het terrein worden onderhouden door de tuiniers.

De Butler serveert u alle drankjes, snacks en maaltijden.

Springville is bemand met een fulltime chef-kok om alle maaltijden te bereiden. Er zijn geen extra kosten voor het personeel. Als de huurder besluit om de villa vooraf te bevoorraden met eten en boodschappen, zullen ze de chef of de villamanager de volgende dag contant betalen. Dit omvat ook $ 30 om de chef-kok te vergoeden voor transport van en naar de winkel.
De Huurder begrijpt dat zij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het kopen (of terugbetalen van de Chef als de Chef wordt gestuurd om te kopen) eten / drinken / boodschappen voor maaltijden in de villa. De huurder moet ongeveer $ 50 per dag per volwassene (voor 3 maaltijden) budgetteren als ze van plan zijn hun maaltijden in de villa te nuttigen.

Excellent Property & Vacation

Excellent property, spacious, comfortable outdoor space inside and outside of the elements. We were able to sit comfortably outside while it was raining under the covered patio. Great hospitality, Jackie and the team were absolutely great! Overall a wonderful property for a family or small group vacation.

This may have been our best vacation ever. Things couldn't have been easier or nicer. From being greeted at the door with drinks to wonderful coffee ready for the early risers to meals that even picky eaters loved - this stay exceeded every expectation. The staff is wonderful and friendly and made every possible effort to make us feel welcome. The house is beautifully appointed but comfortable.The house is in great shape after the storm, but you can tell that the island was hit by one of the strongest storms in history. It is recovering, and the people are resilient, but please don't expect a perfect paradise surrounding you. Things will grow back, but it's going to take time and there are still things to be cleaned up. Even so, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. If you have the opportunity, you should stay here.

Wonderful Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully appointed property. Although we arrived later in the evening, we were still greeted by the staff with rum punch and smiles. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel at home. The property manager was also very responsive to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was well maintained and beautifully decorated with ample space for my family of 5. I would highly recommend!

I don’t know where to start? Springville was the perfect stay for our family. The accommodations were faultless and the staff extremely warm and welcoming. Amazing Experience

Ginger and Vincent was the most amazing host I have ever worked with. The villa was beyond exceptional and everything was just gorgeous. The view was impeccable and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Everything was clean, nice, and safe and also the maid make sure she kept our area clean at all times. My sisters and I treated our mother for her 76th birthday. The home was beautiful! Very-well maintained by a lovely staff that felt like family. It is surrounded by awe-inspiring views of nature with luscious flowers, trees and grass that feels like high-pile carpet, perfect for grounding.Inside, each room is tastefully decorated with quality you don’t find The infinity pool was very clean, and spectacular. The beds were comfortable.The STAFF-I cannot say enough about the staff. Chef Vincent, Miss Jackie, and D (we gave him a nickname). They truly are gems! Not to omit the gardeners, and the FANTASTIC job of caring for the grounds. And lastly, the Owner, Joseph, who promptly responded to any questions we had.I highly recommend this paradise to everyone looking for a luxurious getaway in MBJ.

The property is beautiful, and the photos do not do it justice. Ginger was the best butler ever, and Vincent's food was delicious. Joe and Ginger were able to help me with a lot of moving parts including massages, transportation, and groceries. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely return to this villa.

My overall experience was just amazing, me and my friends enjoyed every minute of the stay. The whole staff party was so welcoming and friendly, The Chef was amazing and the delicious food was a hands down, the butler was awesome and amazing, the housekeeper was just wonderful and amazing. Outstanding vacation rental!

A person couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Jamaica. The home is incredibly clean thanks to Felicia. The food prepared on site was absolutely delicious. Vincent and Ginger make a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made a plan on meals early in our week and those fellas took it from there. Alwayne drove my family on a daily adventure. He gave us ideas of where to go and he was always with us. The home’s grounds are beautiful and safe. This is a must see location!

The staff at Springville was absolutely amazing—Ms. Jackie, Mr. Vincent, David, Chad, Phylicia, Roshawn, Sanjay, and Alwayne truly made the stay memorable. Overall, the experience was great. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the primary suite wasn’t working, making the room unusable and requiring guests to share rooms. While the team did try to fix it, there was no resolution during our stay, which was disappointing. That said, once the AC in the primary suite is repaired, you truly couldn’t ask for a better stay with such a wonderful staff. I would still happily recommend this home to anyone.
