Vera 1 bedroom apartment

Recently renovated 1 bedroom spacious apartment with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Located on a steep hill, 7 min walk Steps to downtown and Harmony Beach, 25 min walk to dr Cave 5 min drive from the airport.

The apartment comes with AC in the bedroom only and a ceiling fan in the living area. Other sleeping arrangement is a pull out sofa bed. We are in the process of replacing parts needed for our dishwasher and oven, however we are unable to source them on the island yet.

The space
This is a fully renovated one bedroom within centrally located gated community. Minutes away from Sangster International Airport, public transport, downtown, beaches and nightlife. But please note that apartment is located on a steep hill. there are stairs from the main parking lot that continue through the craft market to the Harmony beach Apartment comes fully furnished with a smartTV, WI-FI, induction cooktop, full size fridge and spacious balcony with a nice city and harbour view. Please note that the apartment only comes with AC in the bedroom, the living room has a ceiling fan.

Other things to note
The whole neighbourhood is central and can be a bit noisy especially on the weekend.
Short disruptions of water electricity are possible (few times a week, usually about 10 - 30 min). We have our own water tank, in the event of an outage.

Please note the whole area around hip Strip was built in 1960-1980s and buildings look dated. that's something outside of host control.

Apartment is located on a steep hill and there’s a main road that guests would need to cross to get to the hip- strip or town by foot.
