Country House with a Pool and Olive Grove in Montellano

A rural home ideal for families who want to spend quality time surrounded by nature and tranquility. Our home is surrounded by an olive grove and other trees and animals characteristic of Andalusian flora and fauna. It’s perfect for relaxing with the family, dining under the moonlight, or working remotely thanks to our high-speed satellite Wi-Fi. The property is fenced along its immediate perimeter, so your pets will be completely safe.

The house consists of two single-story buildings. Both are connected by an interior courtyard that opens to the outside, featuring a stone floor and a lemon grove in the center. One of the buildings houses the living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The other building houses the kitchen with an additional room, a dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, and another full bathroom.

You can enjoy the entire property and its surroundings. The property has a large garden, within which the fenced-in residence is located; outside this area is another section surrounded by an oak tree, which is shared with the estate caretaker, who requires access to this part of the property for work or maintenance purposes.

The estate caretaker lives in another adjacent building. The driveway is shared, but the entrances to the house are separate.
