Dear Theo, We are very sorry for your allergy, We did our best to help you but all of our bed sheets are provided by a laundry that does not have synthetic ones, the same laundry serves all the hotels in the area. His stay was during the weekend and despite this we called the laundry which was closed in those days and we tolk with them. We managed to fix your problem giving you a blanket that you could put on the sheet and you was very happy with the solution found, thanking us several times and so it seems weird to read this commentary. Also it is not true that breakfast is made only in high season, we serve breakfast until the last day of opening and you has taken advantage of this every morning. We are sorry that we coulnd't explain our policy on pool towels in the right way, I'll try now: We give the first towel for free and we say to all our guests that if they want an extra Towel the cost is 5,00€ because our experience has taught us that many people leave clean towels in the pool and then ask them again the next day, and this happens every day. We are an ecological structure and we want to respect the beautiful environment we have around. Saving on the washing of many towels will help us to respect it. We noticed that paying a cost for second towel our customers have more care for the first one is given, no one spends € 5.00 and we help the environment. We look forward to seeing you here again.
