This eccentric nautical style apartment, spread over two floors, offers a perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living thanks to the dedicated outdoor area that both offers sea views. The layout of the spaces has been designed to accommodate up to 5 people , making it an ideal solution for families or small groups who want to live an authentic experience in one of the most suggestive places on the Ligurian coast. The house is a 5-minute walk uphill from the main road and there are about 20 steps leading down to the ground floor from street level. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
The downstairs bedroom has twin beds, wardrobes, a desk, and a private bathroom with a washing machine. A short flight of stairs leads upstairs with a single bed (which can be used as a sofa during the day), a dining area and an additional bed for two people on the small mezzanine above the dining area which is accessed via some steps. The spaces have been organized to maximize comfort during the stay and are suitable for a young and active group of friends or adventurous families.
The accommodation is equipped with modern facilities that increase the level of experience: there is air conditioning on both floors and a Wi-Fi connection. The real strength of the structure is represented by the dedicated outdoor space, an exclusive green space where you can enjoy tranquility and eat outside. Private parking for a full-size car is located at street level, a flight of stairs from the property. The panoramic view that embraces the sea and the garden transforms every moment spent in the accommodation into a visually satisfying experience.
