Villa Serra - amazing sea view, AC and parking

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is located on the hill among vineyards and olive trees just outside the village with spectacular sea views and surrounded by flower beds and aromatic plants. With a large private outdoor space and parking for up to four cars, this is the perfect solution for a group of friends or families with older children. You can access the village by car, local bus or on foot (800 m). It is also close to the path that connects Monterosso to Vernazza, making it an ideal choice for trekking enthusiasts.
Villa Serra has four large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi, and each room has a dedicated outdoor space for relaxing with seating and sun loungers. The villa and the outdoor space are for exclusive use and can accommodate up to 9 people. This property is not suitable for families with young children as the bedrooms are not adjoining.
At the entrance there is a large common outdoor area where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea while having breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors. It is located next to the fully furnished kitchen and interior dining room. At dusk, this becomes the ideal place for an aperitif, surrounded by the scent of roses and aromatic plants. There is no indoor living room.
The location of the villa is ideal for those who want the tranquility of a secluded place, away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center.
