'Pros: The resort is beautiful and the employees are amazing! Incredibly friendly and always smiling, also providing nice suggestions. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Cons: The private beach is a nice touch, but it doesn’t look nor feel like the beach of a five star resort. It’s good to rent a car if you wish to explore the surroundings, as the nearest city is 10 minutes by car (or hotel shuttle, for which you need a reservation). '

'Fabulous location and a fascinating building - highly recommend the little tour that you can take to learn about the history. The pool is lovely, as is the walking in the countryside around the abbey - other than that there's not a lot to do other than soak up the atmosphere. We stayed for two dinners and one lunch. 'Mooie kamers, zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren in de straat bij de B&B is goed mogelijk. Let alleen op met grote auto's want de nauwe straatjes om er te komen zijn minder dan 2 meter breed! '

'Beautiful boutique property with views of the rolling hills! We were traveling with two children and the suite was comfortable for us all. Smaller pool but perfect for cooling off. Breakfast was lovely! '

'Good hotel. Parking garage under the hotel. Accessible via elevator. We stayed there because of the wedding of Sicilian friends. Very friendly staff! Good to know is that you need to call the reception to turn the airconditioning on and off. It took us 3 nights to figure that out. Not everyone in the hotel speaks English, same goes for a lot of people in Mazara. Nice hotel, would recommend it!'
