'The service team in the hotel is one of the best - always courteous, professional and caring. If you’re going to Yercaud look no further. The entire team - restaurant managers, breakfast team, front desk and house keeping team made our stay very comfortable. Prabakaran in front desk and Sathyan in the Orange restaurant took special care for us. This is my second time here and the hotel only keeps improving.'

'The web site photos are misleading. There is no worthwhile view from hotel. Lift did not work. Supposed to include free breakfast but restaurant was closed as they had no other guests. Not open for lunch either. Premium room was supposed to have 2 rooms. Second room was sofa bed in entryway. We could not cancel as we had checked in.
