'45-60 minutes after checking in, there's a knock at the door, the Front desk clerk says you have 15 mins to collect your stuff and leave. Huh!?!? Wouldn't even tell us why. Now I'm stuck fighting for a refund, because that's not fair.'

'Everything was clean and streamlined. The nightly happy hour had so much hot food we did not have to go to dinner. The hot breakfast was also generous with many items to choose from. Chose this location because it was very close to I-85 during a road trip but would definitely stay at this hotel chain in the future, based on this visit.'
