Good choice in Montgomery
Nice comfortable hotel on the edge of town. Easy to reach. We had a living room / kitchen with two separate bed rooms for a good price. Staff was real nice as you might expect in Alabama. Breakfast was very basic

Ontbijt eerder afgelopen dan in de omschrijving stond klant kreeg niets te eten. Geen lift waardoor klant met 2 kleine kinderen (baby + 2 jarige) trappen moest gaan lopen met kinderwagens en koffers. Baby bedjes stonden niet klaar en moesten door de klant zelf in elkaar gezet worden. Hier hadden wij extra mail over gestuurd. Zeer onvriendelijk personeel en ga zo maar door!

Better for longer stays. I was overnight and there are apparently a number of folks staying there long term. Their behavior is more like an apartment complex, not considerate of short term guests' needs for rest while on the road. Facility and staff were good.

When I arrived I was greeted with an overwhelming cigarette smell from both outside the lobby as well as within. When I verified that this was a “smoke free” property, as they advertise, the receptionist rudely informed me it was and that they charge people who smoke on the property. I was given key cards to my room and was trash talked by the receptionist to another employee as I left the lobby. The room was extremely clean and had no cigarette smell. I unpacked and hung my clothes but slipped walking into the bathroom. Thinking my shoes must be too slippery I took them off. My socks were instantly soaked! I grabbed a towel and tossed it on carpet and it too soaked through! I returned to lobby and same receptionist called maintenance and told me the carpets had just been cleaned. She moved me to the “only other available” room in a different building and it was bad. The room smelled and I clicked on the thermostat to get airflow. I checked the bed and it was clean. After traveling all day I was exhausted, hung up my clothes and ordered a pizza while turning on the tv. The tv remote was filthy! Like someone had used it while eating and had left old crusted food between the buttons! I don’t spend much time in the rooms when traveling so decided it wasn’t worth going to the lobby to address. Especially after my other encounters with the receptionist. Afternoon of day two I notice the 1 kitchen chair has food crusted on the seat. Last day I find trash in closet.

The property is shabby. Lobby is nice but rooms are old and dreary. No breakfast as indicated on website. We were certainly charged for our pets, but none of the promised 'pet welcome' stuff was provided. Would not recommend or stay again.

The carpet had not been vacuumed. The bath room had patches of what looked like mold. A cabinet handle had been replaced with a screw. Overall, a very dumpy and disgusting place.

Overall the experience was good. The rate was reasonable for a two bedroom suite. The location was ok and quiet. The room was suitable, but it could use a deep cleaning. There was a constant residual smell of smoke. I could smell weed on one night (not sure if it was neighbors or someone outside. The floors needed mopping and the carpet could use some deep steam cleaning. Shower tiles were not clean. If you're looking for a spacious place with day-to-day living amenities, don't mind musty oders and a slightly unclean place...this is it!

It’s a little older facility that could use a new upgrade.. when you walk in the room is has a little musky smell to it… rooms are very spacious, bed are super comfy… nobody replaced coffee/creamers or bought new fresh towels. Area outside is a bit run down… but hotel is close to the interstate. Not too bad for the price you pay !

The best hotel on our 10-day Civil Rights road trip. Great size room with a fully stocked kitchen. Heavenly bed and nice bathroom/shower. An incredible value even without breakfast. Occasional noise from the Interstate so ask for a room away from the noise. 10 minutes to downtown Montgomery even during the non-existent rush hour.

Front Desk Clerk Shae was very professional and compassionate and made sure that me and son had everything we needed. She goes above and beyond her duties to help customers and also Tremayne was very compassionate and helpful also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Montgomery Alabama.

This was the dirtiest property I have ever been at. My son has asthma and he could not be inside the room. The cigarette smoke was so thick he could not stop coughing. The front desk pretended to be helpful and allow us to leave said to call Expedia for a refund and was so sorry. Hours later this property refused to refund when Expedia contacted them. This situation left me in a horrible position in a bad part of town with- filthy conditions. I am overly disappointed also with Expedia for attempting to resolve this with a $50 credit toward future reservation. This was a nightmare. Do not book

My daughter and I were traveling alone and booked at this “hotel”. After check in we went to the room with our keys. After multiple attempts to open our room and the key failing, we heard a voice from the other side of the door telling us to go away or he would shoot us. We checked out of the hotel immediately. This was the scariest and worst experience of my life. Thank God the key didn’t work. Who knows what would have happened if that key had worked. Do NOT go to this hotel!!!

This location is always clean and well lit outside. The rooms feel like home and the beds are soft.It's close to both wind Creek casinos. The front desk staff is very sweet. They make you feel at home. We will be back in March.

Great two night getaway.
The hotel was located just off I-80 and near lots of resturants and stores. I was given an upgrade to a two bedded suite and the suite was nice spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and cozy with both two soft and hard pillows each. Parking was not a issue as well. Check-in was fast. Overall, I would stay here again.

I previously stated this hotel, because it is close to my daughters university. But this time the room and the air conditioning venting, was horrific, triggering my bronchitis, and making for an extremely uncomfortable sleep due to my inability to breathe comfortably. multiple stains on the floor broken dishware in the cabinetry. Super unfortunate because the staff is wonderful and I hate for them to have to take the hit for the maintenance side of the facility.
