'nice spot with a spectacular view from the 7th floor. free water, coffee and snacks on the floor were key between busy spaces. had only coffee from the in-house eatery, and it was also very good. walkable in one direction to a sizable park with trails or toward cafes, bars etc. convenient to everywhere, including Reagan airport. parking is pricey but very secure. would stay again. thanks!'

'Een heerlijk ruim appartement, waar we met z’n drieën verbleven. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, dus je kunt er prima koken. En de bedden zijn supergoed. Ook de buurt (Georgetown) is een dikke aanrader. Met bussen naar het centrum op loopafstand. Enige nadeel was dat je geen raam kon openzetten (wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping). Als je frisse lucht wilt, moet je een appartement met terras boeken. '

'Het is een nieuw hotel, althans onder nieuw management, en is helemaal opgeknapt. Alles was helemaal top. Enig minpuntje was dat er wat weinig lichtpunten in de kamer waren, met alleen schemerlampen. Die worden nu vervangen door een hoger wattage. Dat is vooral prettig als je wil werken op je kamer. Restaurant hebben we alleen voor a la carte ontbijt gebruikt en dat was goed en betaalbaar.'

'The apartment is very clean and in a nice neighbourhood in Uptown DC. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to have access to the outside patio. The parking outside was also a great bonus. One thing to note for tall people is that the ceiling is quite low so remember to duck! (My partner banged his head on the beams multiple times). Would recommend for a neighbourhood stay in DC.'

'Awful experience. The owner didn't reply to any communication before the actual check-in time, and therefore I had to just go straight to my event. It was after 10:30 pm when I needed to access my rental. The parking was NOT a dedicated lot but on-street parking, so I had to walk around a very long block in the dark. 'It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy.'
